Franklin Cares Committee

Dear Parents,

We would like to let you know about an important committee at Benjamin Franklin Elementary School. The Franklin Cares Committee has been established to provide assistance throughout the school year to the families in our school community that are in special need.

Families and/or children that are in need of assistance can request help through this committee. Assistance can be provided a number of different ways. The Franklin Cares Committee will strive to find creative ways to help our families. Our offer of assistance can include: food baskets, clothing (second-hand or purchased) and other needed supplies. For larger concerns the Committee can help connect you to the outside agencies that will meet your specific needs. If you think you or your child may need our help, please call us at 352-1712.

In addition, an email bank will be established for families that would like to help. As the needs arise, a request will be emailed to all those who expressed an interest in helping. Tax-deductible money donations will be accepted as well.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at 352-1712.

We look forward to a wonderful year.
